By accessing our website, web application, or mobile applications (collectively, the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

To use The it list, you must create an account using valid authentication credentials (email OTP, SMS OTP, Google OAuth, or Apple Sign-In). You agree that:

- You will provide accurate, current, and complete registration details.
- You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You will promptly notify us if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
3. Acceptable Use & Circle Conduct
When using The it list and participating in private circles (“The it Crowd”), you agree not to:
- Upload, transmit, or share harmful, abusive, harassing, or illegal content.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise our API or infrastructure.
- Use automated scrapers, bots, or data mining tools on our platform.
4. User Content & Intellectual Property
Your Content: All items, photos, preferences, and notes you add remain your property. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to host, store, and display your content as necessary to operate the Service and share with your designated circles.
Our IP: The it list logo, brand assets, theitlistapp.com domain, interfaces, software code, and design elements are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Service Availability & Modifications
We continually improve and expand our features. We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with or without prior notice. While we strive for reliable operation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
7. Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion through our Support portal. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct.
